Why this report?

This report was commissioned by ACC and co-authored by Makes Sense & SafeSurfer with contribution from Nikki Denholm, The Light Project NZ. It highlights the urgent need to protect young people from digital sexual harms, while also empowering them to navigate the online world safely. It calls for stronger policies, better education, and true collaboration between government, tech, and communities.
